For a skin default i use Navetsea (its called hot it's way at the bottom)
You'll See A Picture Like This 

Get the one that says DEFAULT

For face skin i use Ephemera Face skin V1 (download all of them)

For kid skin i use This

For Eyes its up to you i don't like giving out what i use but i would recommend Tifa, and the other default i have below, or just google "sims 3 eye default" and find some you like.

They look really good!

For Eyelashes HERE, READ CAREFULLY!

They can look nice and full. There's even eyelashes at the lower eyelids.

And you must get the HD MOD (makes the eyelashes noticeable and clear) Make sure your computer can handle the high definition. To see eyelashes the settings for sims detail must be at high to really notice.
